Forest Adventure Residential 2025

The Sulgrave Club has reserved 48 places for what is sure to be an exciting, action packed few days for everyone involved.  This two-night residential is available to all Junior & Intermediate Club Members (School Years 3 to 8)

WHEN

Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th May 2025

Meet at Sulgrave: 3.30pm, Wednesday 28th May

Return to Sulgrave:  4.00pm (approx), Friday 30th May

COST
£20.00 per child
(To be paid by Friday 23rd May 2025)

PLEASE NOTE
Due to funding restrictions, the available places are as follows:
School years 3 to 5 - 12 places (6 girls / 6 boys)
School years 6 to 8 - 36 places (18 girls / 18 boys)

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CHILD'S PLACE
Please complete a simple application form using the
link below - one form for each child you wish to go on the Forest Adventure Residential 2025.

The application form link will open at 10.00am on Saturday 17th May 2025.

Places will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis in line with the age / gender restrictions detailed above.

If your application is successful, we will send you a link to a 'Parental Consent, Medical Information and Indemnity Form', which must be completed by Friday 23rd May 2025.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will let you know and place your child on the waiting list.

We aim to notify everyone about the outcome of their application by 5.00pm on Monday 19th May 2025.
